Can paste incorrectly over console text #4

(Tested on Safari.)

You shouldn't be able to paste over the existing output of the interpreter.
Input (including pastes) over the existing output should be ignored.

I can't reproduce this - but I've definitely seen it, need to work out repro 
steps.

Ahh - you can paste and delete through the context menu, which I should 
definitely
disallow.
