feat: update arbitrum one information

This PR updates the information available for Arbitrum One. The following changes have been added:

ArbBLS precompile has been removed (it's been disabled)
ArbInfo precompile information has been moved from "Predeployed contracts"
Precompiles information has been updated as of Nitro v2.2.5 (some of the latest functions don't appear on Arbiscan yet, we'll ping Etherscan about it)
NodeInterface is not a precompile, but there isn't a better place to locate it. Its description has been updated.
Predeployed contracts section has been emptied (there are no predeployed contracts on Arbitrum)
Deployed contracts has been updated with the L2 counterpart of the Bridge contracts (not sure if this is the right place, but they were previously in "predeployed contracts"; btw, if we want to keep them here, a new DeployedContractKind could be added, something like "Bridge"), and the L2 multicall.
Coinbase OPCODE description has been updated
