bundle extra files in the gem (MIT-LICENSE etc.) #97

(...) The full text of the license should be inside of the gem (at the top level) when you build it.

The missing file may be the reason dice_bag is flagged in FOSSA.

Renamed the file to MIT-LICENSE because it seems to be the more common practice.
