update with info on the following

  1. info on arrays
  2. info on lon/lat
  3. info on dependencies

remove the following

  1. todo
  2. completed todo

here is the done section from the readme for future reference since it will be removed

Done: 1.change wheel color program to align vertical colums in color 2.fix calc dist command 3.dont set curr mode in run mode 4.fix logger to not show unless wanted
