file coming up blank #881

What is the expected output?            I went online to apply for a Wal-Mart 
credit card and they sent an email to go top tips page check approval then once 
you put in your info it downloads a pdf file. My phone only had Polaroid office 
on it shop i tried downloading your pdf viewer only the file come blank and 
when trying to look at file it just bumps you out of app. 

What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

On what operating system?

What device are you using?

You can switch off HTTP downloading with 
Left menu panel -> All Settings -> Supported Book formats -> Handle HTTP/HTTTPs

Im not even finding a supported book formats TO be able to change the http
