Label PR if prisma database schema has changes

Hey @mdwiltfong I updated the version of action/checkout to the most updated version and deleted the property github.head_ref from the Checkout PR branch step. Hopefully this works.

I did some more research and I found in a couple of places like here talking about this property and it looks like that it is used to access the branch that has been used in the PR.

If this still doesn't work let me know if we should try adding back the property to the workflow.
