How to do translate for language Pt-Br ?

I edited the file en.yml and translate the file and tags ; 'tilte' but do not 
work  , my language continue English EN , please, can You help-me ?

Brief instructions:
1. Copy en.yml to pt_BR.yml
2. Replace first line of the file with "pt_BR:" (without quotes).
3. Translate values.
4. Don't translate keys names.
5. Restart panel - /etc/init.d/owp restart
