Incorrect handling of othersockbuf limit

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create VE and change limit of "othersockbuf" by "limits" icon!
2.
3.

Actual result: othersockbuf of VE changed but in "limits" menu it`s still old 
value AND when you change other parameters othersockbuf returning to it`s 
original value 

Expected result: changed othersockbuf

Version of the product: revision 619

Server OS: CentOS 5.5 x86_64

Browser: Chrome 6.0 (dev)

Additional information: in the "limits" menu othersockbuf writen 2 times!

Really bad problem. I fixed only first part of it. If you'd created server 
template and then VE on it, duplicate records for OTHERSOCKBUF will be present 
inside template config file and VE config file :( Need to delete duplicate 
records manually.
