Ability to create VPS from the backup of another vps #146

Reason: It will be interesting to create a new system and make evolution from a 
backup.

Description: You can have a backup of a virtual server before the install of a 
new policy and you can test another policy after sometimes without the 
installation of a new vps.

The virtual server cloning will be available since 1.6 release. These features 
are very close to each other. So moving request -> 2.0.
