Memory usage of vps display physical memory usage when out of sync.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Stop a virtual server from the inside (with halt command by example).
2. Reload the page of the virtual server.

Actual result:  The memory usage is replaced by the memory usage of the 
physical server when they are out of sync.

Expected result: Error message or memory usage set to 0%.

Version of the product: 1.5

Server OS: CentOS 5.5

Browser: Firefox 3.6.8

Additional information: A physical server synchronisation repairs the problem, 
but the virtual server owner can see the memory information.
