User can't view VPS container if state is out of sync

Additional information: A restart of OWP fixes the problem, however I can't 
tell you at what point this problem comes back.

Reproduced the problem using the following steps:
1. Run VE and check stats.
2. Go to HW node console and stop VE manually using vzctl.
3. Check VE stats again.
