Bug with ip pools from same subnet #280

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create one ip pool (eg: 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.110)
2. Create another ip pool (eg: 192.168.1.120 - 192.168.1.130)
3. Now try to create a container and only ips from the first pool will be shown.

Version of the product: v2.0

Server OS: CentOS 5.5 x64

Browser: All

Can't confirm the problem. Check that second IP pool is not associated with 
specific server.
