IP Pool Exception #281

Hello,

Reason: I've some large IP Pools ( 100-150 IP ) but sometimes, one or two IP 
are not available, cause used by specifics things

Description: The idea is to add a line in the IP Pool Add window, like 
"Exception" where we should put some IP, separated by a comma to dunnot include 
in IP-Pool.

I think some ppl have the same feature request in their mind..
