Automatically assign IPv6 address if available #301

Currently IPv4 and IPv6 Ips need to be manually added to each server (see Bug# 
299 for further discussion about multiple IPs) 
Since IPv6 is usualy plenty available at the hostnode i would love to see a 
config option to define a criteria to automatically add an IPv6

Example:
Assign IPv4 range as usual
Assign IPv6 range as usual

Pick a random (free) IPv6 IP at creating.
Nothing fancy or hard, just a random IP, or maybe the VPS ID, or maybe 
something else.

It would make it easier than specifieng the IPv6 IP manually at every new VPS.

Im open for other suggestions too of course.
