Reason:We would have a better management user.

Description: Is it possible to add support for user groups. In this way it 
would be possible to assign the management of a VM to multiple users.

The same way, it would be possible to limit the privileges of a user group? For 
example, the group "operates", can only turn off and turn on a vm, but not 
change the size of the ram.
