use dhcp to get new ipv4 address #317

I would be great if at the creation of a new VM we could have the option to 
force the use of dhcp (or to configure the network interface) to get a new 
address and not use the ip addresses defined in the ip pool.

Here is the scenario. My ISP permits my to get more than one ip address. I 
install ovz-panel on my home server but I want the new VMs I create to get an 
IP address automatically and not use the IP pool.
