CPU Limit and dynamic ram #322

Hi,

if we have an double QuadCore CPU with 2x 4x 3.0 GHz and we would create VMs 
with 1 GHz and 2 GHz, how we must configure this, we cant find informations 
about this.

Can we set dynamic ram for VMs? If yess, in whitch config?

Version of the product: 4

Server OS: debian 6
