after restore vm missing in web panel #328

Steps to reproduce:
1. backup vms
2. shutdown vm and delete it to restoring
3. restore backupw with Backup: vzdump-openvz-101-2011_08_16-16_22_20.tar 

Actual result: VM will be restored ("successfull") but the web panels shows not 
vms

Expected result: vm shown in web panel

Version of the product: current

Server OS: Sebian Lenny x64

Browser: Chrome

Panel knowns nothing about vzdump/restore, so need to sync server's state 
manually (click sync button in physical servers list).
