german language is incomplete

Hi, the german language is not complete.

exsample:

translation missing: de, login, button_restore_password
translation missing: de, restore_password, username:
title: 'translation missing: de, restore_password, window_title',
...

can you fix it please?

I can't fix the translation, because I know German on very basic level. You can 
do it by yourself using English file as a source. Then you can post me updated 
de.yml and new builds will contain it.

Locale file was committed.

Test shows that there are 2 not translated keys:

$ rake translate:missed LOCALE=de
(in /opt/web/ruby/rails_apps/owp)
Comparision of en locale with de
Default locale en contains: 504 keys.
Locale de contains: 502 keys.
Missed 2 keys:
        activerecord.errors.models.virtual_server.attributes.ip_address.not_found_in_pool
        form.button.back
