SQLite 3 install error #354

Steps to reproduce:
1.install web panel and keeps telling me to install Ruby-SQLite3 when it is 
already installed
2.
3.

Actual result:
Checking Ruby SQLite3 support: ruby -e "require 'rubygems'" -e "require 
'sqlite3/database'"
Fatal error: Ruby SQLite3 support not found. Please install it first.

Expected result: Continuation of the installation

Version of the product:newest

Server OS: Centos 6 64bit

This Error have been reported with my Fedora 15 Server

when I downgraded to Fedora 14 the Error not appearing
