VPS couldn't connect to internet, OS Templates not generating the OS list !!

Steps to reproduce:
After Installing every thing is ok 
but I have 2 issues till now

1- I can't connect to the internet from The VPS 
I checked the IPtables and the rules is ok
maybe I'm not understanding well how to route from the Main server to VPS !!

I Used before Vbox and it's VPS can connect but with openVZ I can't 

2- OS Templates can't be generating the list

Actual result:
1- can't update the VPS system with yum or any post install script
2- can't update the OS templates for my server

Hello,

Did you provide a DNS name server to your VPS servers ?
For the OS Templates list, I think it's a problem of firewall, disable it and 
try again.

resolv.conf 

nameserver 10.0.0.2

---> as you notice it is a localserver 
and if i configer this to be 
nameserver {The Main Server IP}

it doesn't be resolved to the main server
