creating backup status but no backup is running #371

Steps to reproduce:
1. start backup
2. backup is complete
3. backup status in status line show "Backing up of virtual server #**** on 
physical server localhost."
4. its a sporadic error

Actual result: no running prozess on the host maschine

Expected result: -

Version of the product: newest

Server OS: debian squeeze 64 bit 

Browser: newest ff/ie

Additional information: what can we do, restart of host maschine wasn´t the 
solution

Hi all,

anyone an idea? We don´t find a error. A Restart doesn´t solved this problem. 
We need informations. Please help. Thanks

Hi, Backupstatus run since 2 weeks. But now process are in host maschine. How 
can i stop it?

Hi, thanks for answer. We get the error:

/opt/ovz-web-panel# sqlite db/production.sqlite3 "delete from background_jobs 
where status = 1"
Unable to open database "db/production.sqlite3": file is encrypted or is not a 
database
