Additional IP #397

Steps to reproduce:
Click on change settings of a VPS account.

Actual result: Able to add 1 ip only to vps

Expected result: Able to add more ip to vps

Version of the product: latest

Server OS: centos 5

Browser: Google Chrome

Additional information:

The only way I found to add ip to vps is to run vzctl command manually.
