Steps to reproduce:
1.Switch the database to MySQL and migrate the DB
2.try accessing the URL /admin/event-log/list
3.it will return the error "Internal error: marshal data too short"

Actual result:

Expected result:

Version of the product:

Server OS: Debian 6.0.4

Browser: chrome

Additional information: I tried to look at what the marshal data error meant, 
so I tried to raise the number of characters available to the params and 
message column but it didn't work.
