No servers in physical servers list after good, clean install

Same issue as issue #398

Hi All,

After a seamless install (today) when I log in to the admin interface there is 
no servers listed in the physical servers list.

1. uname -a
Linux srv1 2.6.32-220.13.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Apr 17 23:56:34 BST 2012 
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

2. cat /proc/vz/version
cat: /proc/vz/version: No such file or directory

3. cat /opt/ovz-web-panel/version
2.0

4. ruby /opt/ovz-web-panel/utils/hw-daemon/hw-daemon.rb status
Daemon should be run on the server with OpenVZ.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Not a problem. Need to install OpenVZ first. Installer isn't failing if you try 
to install panel on the server w/o OpenVZ, 'cause there are scenarios than it's 
necessary (panel on separate host w/o OpenVZ).
