Allow to change weight unit #6

Description

Add support for changing the weight unit in settings and display that accordingly throughout the UI. Conversely, if this is something that Spoolman exposes, maybe it should be pulled directly from Spoolman (to maintain consistency).

As far as I can tell, neither Spoolman nor Octoprint actually allow to change the weight & length units, so this task is out of scope.
