Update lib-python-databox to 0.5.0 #208

lib-python-databox and apps need updating to 0.3.0

@pooyadav have a look at the other libs they have been updated.

There is an arbiter client that I've used for testing libs outside of databox see this shell script https://github.com/Toshbrown/lib-node-databox/blob/master/setupTest.sh

There are a couple of other changes:

  1. Zest POSTs can now return data
  2. Arbiter default port is now 4444
