Yeah this is a strange issue. It goes away by removing certificates and restarting docker. But we should think of a long term solutions.

closed due to insufficient information.

Well, this issue needs require fixing or further investigation as "waiting for app store" appears and only get resolved when docker is restarted and certs cleared. So should be placed in known issues.
