Link to DataSource Reference Returns HTTP 404 #423

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In JavaMelody UI, click on link "DataSource reference"
2. JavaMelody opens reference page in new browser tab (good)
3. Page = 
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-dbcp/apidocs/org/apache/commons/dbcp/Ba
sicDataSource.html
4. Sire returns HTTP 404 Page Not found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A valid page should open

What version of the product are you using? On what application server, JDK, 
operating system?

JavaMelody 1.51.0
Apache Tomcat/7.0.47 
Java JDK  1.7.0_60-b19
Linux 2.6.18-371.9.1.el5

Please provide any additional information below.

Indeed the commons.apache.org web site has been reorganized.
The correct link is fixed in trunk (revision 3849) and ready for the next 
release (1.52).
