Attempt to port Kernelflinger as alternative boot loader #23

I didn't have much luck when testing this. It boots fine, but there seems to be a problem with the EFI USB device mode protocol on our device: Generally, it exists but it freezes when initializing so fastboot isn't working properly.

I'm closing this for now because it's not really worth additional investigation. Also see https://lists.01.org/pipermail/android-ia/2017-August/001200.html. The bootloader we have already is doing its job.
