Implement noble gas improvements #2

Make noble gases turn to the correct colour in ionization

I have all this in my mod, it's just porting it over... I also want all noble gases into one element like life... So it'll take a little while to do...

why not just make one noble gas and then make it glow a different colour depending on the deco layer

Because I like all of them, I want to make neon lights for that

if we will do that then we might need to rethink the menu system.

Not really... Just a noble gas menu, there are a few of them...

yes, but at the moment i think there are too many menus. maybe a option or whatever that hides advanced ones like life

I think a menu reorganizing would be good... Where you can hide/change position of menus
