Download the app (maybe get paid subscription?) and create an initial account for the Meadows House.

Alchemi initiated, and TDL downloaded the app and created an account using their phone and email/password. We tried to get the paid subscription, but there was an error. TDL was charged for both a one time payment for lifetime premium ($70) and for a monthly subscription (since cancelled) but the account did not gain premium access. TDL sent a support ticket to Planta, and should hear back within 48 hours.
