If the website user changes the shipping country then the shipping options will automatically change. Currently this only happens if one of the default Magento shipping methods is also enabled, e.g. Flat Rate.

I tried getting set up again on this project to review this PR but get an error regarding the project structure ln: failed to create symbolic link '/var/www/magento/src/src': No such file or directory so I may have to follow up with #12 and get a better solution before being able to review.
