CRUD modules #250

It looks like the generator for CRUD modules is not up-to-date with the newest version of meanjs? Adding the new CRUD modules produced errors (for example an Unknown Provider error for the client menu functionality) as well as having a lot of eslint errors. Thank you. :)

Hi. I found the solution for this issue, and just did a fix for it.
