Fixing `Page not found` problem for meanjs 5.0 #268

POST fails without / at the beginning of path In meanjs 5.0 and user is headed toward page not found.

Well, it seems we've all fixed the same bug !!! @myselfjivan @JrPribs @tonymullen @mrtinkz Although @mrtinkz has proposed a more comprehensive fix.
