Improve reusability of FeaturesGeneral and FeaturesNavs #17

Create a new interface to pass title, subtitle, image src, alt etc as parameter to FeaturesGeneral and FeaturesNavs section. By making these changes theme users will be able to reuse FeaturesGeneral and FeaturesNavs in other pages as well for e.g. separate features page.
