Add new Head component and update dependencies #40

The PR adds a new file, Head.astro, in src/components/ui/starlight. This file includes import functions from AstroJS Starlight and Astro-Vtbot components. It further configures view transitions and CSS rules to improve the behavior and visuals of page interactions.
