Default icon for assets #12

In the event that an asset module cannot pull a thumbnail from the uploaded assets (e.g. a text file), a relevant default icon should be displayed instead.

In the case that the displayed thumbnail should look different to the found thumbnail I it should be:

Default icon -> Find png/jpg -> Upload replacement png/jpg (if deleted revert to found, or default).
