Elm327 v1.4

Was trying to use this with mes (multiecu scan) and alfaodb both detect the dongle but it's missing some commands think it needs to be elm327 v 1.4. is the elm protocol expecting to be updated

@gromgsxr I don't think I will be updating the elm327 to v1.4. I'm working on a new device that will support v2.2 :)
