Custom MQTT Topic for ELM327 Logging #193

The MQTT Topic for elm327 Logging ist hardcoded as wican/xxx/elm327. I must use a custom prefix in my MQTT Broker, so it would be nice, if this would be configureable.

@cr0i why do you need the elm327 logging in HA?

I don´t have HA, my Wallbox has a MQTT Broker, where only topics with prefix /others are allowed. I need this only once for debugging with carscanner, when I want to find new PIDs.
