Pointer pressed Event #60

i m using the j4me code in blackberry storm (i.e 9530).

i perform the events in pointer Pressed event, now i have multiple list which i 
added as this.appendMenuOption("About", about);

how do i scroll the list in my blackberry storm, when i m scrolling the list 
pointer Pressed event will occur.. 
pls help me thanks....
