[cleanup] Remove auto generated IDE files (ie eclipse) #445

These files are auto generated and should not be checked in. It causes users of Eclipse to be forced into certain usage and is almost always going to end up changing.

Do note, if you have your project imported to Eclipse, delete it first, then sync and re-import it.
