subplugins do not follwo frankenstyle naming convention for table names

the tables in plugins like your mootimetertool_wordcloud subplugin must follow the frankenstyle naming conventions and the tables must be prefixed with the component name "mootimetertool_wordcloud" more info on this is here: https://moodledev.io/general/development/policies/codingstyle/frankenstyle#table-names

note this is a blocker for plugins db approval.
