Currently the checkbox for the anonymous is disabled if answers have already been stored. However, the styling of the checkbox and the associated label should represent this disabled state better (disable checkbox, make it not clickable at all, disable hover effect, use gray color for both the checkbox and the label).
This should be applicable for all checkbox by using a CSS class "disabled"
