Qr code reader not working won’t scan lateral flow test #569

Qr reader not working through website, but works on the normal camera on my iPhone 13 Trying to uploads a lateral flow covid test, there website asks to scan the website reader but it doesn’t work , tries on iPhone 13 and iPhone 6

covid test are illegal, not the disease which by the way has been renammed from classic corona. ask your so called "authorities" to provide you a scanner from their own company it will be better for you. we don't want to be complice of illegal activities here. btw if you know your rights so you must claim them as force someone to apply for a medical treatment without scientific backgound or proof nor true consent is a crime.

What error was shown?

Does not actually give a error code or anything like that, basically on their website they ask to scan the QR code on the covid test. It gives option for front and back camera but when I line up the camera with the QR code it doesn’t or won’t scan it. I have tried , front cam, back cam on a iPhone 13 , 8,7,6 and also a iPad. don’t think it’s the phones or iPad because on the instructions it ask to scan a QR code that takes me to the website to fill out a form. That works fine im just using normal phone cam to scan that , to me just seems problem on their website, which I have told them about via phone call and email. They just tell me to keep trying and it well eventually work but it does not seem to as I have tried several times over last few days. The company have stopped emailing back to me now lucky I paid through PayPal coz il try get a refund.
