Check qr code scanning #842

improve qr code scanning since it does not work. Wr code can be scanned by other 3rd party applications but during scanning by the website the qr code does not work.

ALL ISSUES WITH HARDWARE COMES OBVIOUSLY FROM YOUR BROWSER OR APP AND ITS PERMISSIONS ACCESS WITH THE OS, NOTHING TO DO WITH HTML5-QRCODE
