Edit Functionality on Caldera Forms not functioning once plugin is activated #191

Describe the bug When I activate the CF Civicrm Plugin (Nb. CiviCRM is activated) I cannot edit a form as the form shows the fields as blank. On deactivating I can edit the respective forms.

When the plugin is deactivated (Test form below to show the outcome): cf_civicrm_deactivated

The issue was due to a CRM plugin. The problem occurred when transferring the CRM tables from the old domain. For future problems, turn to debug mode on WordPress and check log files for the possible cause.
