Line Numbers not working #41

dxf2gcode won't write line numbers altough use_line_nrs is True. It doesn't 
even generate an output file. This happens on all versions since May 2013.

Fixed code with Revision 458 in the trunk. Thanks for the help. If a Windows 
binary is required, just give short Feedback, otherwise it will be in next 
Major issue.
