Preprocessor option to add custom text to the beginning of a g-code file #48

I have a CNC controller that requires the first line of a file to contain only 
"%." I've been changing this manually, but adding a way for the postprocessor 
to natively add arbitrary text to the beginning of a file would be nice.

Honestly, I doubt that we will implement this... Unless more people need it.
But if you can and are willing to run python scripts, then I could hand you the 
small modification you should make.

I made my own modification, but it's not something that goes neatly in with the 
postprocessor configuration.

Alright so you want to change the complete header or only the possibility to 
add something to the beginning (that precedes the header)?
