Changing drill hole circle shapes to centered drill points #5

The exported drill files (DXF) from Altium Designer contain only the drill
hole outlines. To make a pre-drill on the pcb, centered Drill points
instead of the circles are needed.

Nice idea, although I'm pretty sure we will not implement this function.
Change those circles to points and as soon as 
http://code.google.com/p/dxf2gcode/issues/detail?id=31
is implemented you could just use that function (this function will be 
implemented soon)
